I'm getting the XBOX but this is true. The fact that we don't have that next gen game at launch is a bummer. IM happy to read that the system performs great. I know many in here are crapping on the future for XBOX , and I would have agreed, but they bought Bethesda. The future will definitely be different this time.

PC gaming can be amazing. I just have one reason why I wont play on PC, and that is the Cheaters. I love playing multiplayer games, and cheating on the PC is huge. Now that consoles are going to offer 60fps and 120. I'm in a very good place. XBOX and Sony just gave me new reasons to stay on console.
I agree it wont affect the PS5, but it will affect the sale of the Xbox series S. I think more PS5 players will buy a XSX to play Bethesda games.
Me personally both of these consoles warrant owning both of them. They are going to kill it together.

If the all digital edition is $100 less Im buying that one, but if its only $50 less then I will get the disc version.
I see it says 1440p up to 120 FPS. To me I can see this with them saying it is up to the developer., which is where my confidence drops on the statement. I want to play at 120 FPS. I will wait and see how things truly unfold when all the systems drops. Then I will make a decision. I'm really hoping many of the games especially the big ticket games will run at 1440p at 120fps. I will even take 1080p at 120fps. At $299.99 that is a great deal.

What it means to the PC? I can only speak for myself , but with consoles now being able to play games at 60 to 120 fps I really don't see a need for me to play on the PC. I only have to pay $399 for a all digital PS5, and I will will be playing great games at a very silky frame rate. Man where do I sign up!? I'm getting an XBOX also just waiting to hear what the XSS is before I make a decisions between the S and X. I saw a video where a actual developer was discussing that programming...
Im a XBOX guy, but for me there is no way of making this console look stylish. Its really not a nice looking console, but im ok with that as long as the games perform great on it. Only time will tell.
I can see why those that play wireless are not happy, but for me it doesn't matter. I always have my controller connected since I play on a desk , and my console is very close.
If the series S can do 1040p at 60 to 120 fps, and I dont need a hdmi 2.1. This will be the obvious buy for me.
I love the personality and atmosphere in Rockstars games. Just wish the gameplay was tighter.
This advice would only be necessary if warranties didn't exist.
I'am an XBOX guy, but I will admit they are really dropping the ball with XSX. I lost all hype I had for the system especially after the 7/23 showcase. Right now im leaning towards a gaming PC subscribing to gamepass, and for my console a PS5.
I think people are also over looking the sound of the weapons. I understand there is a familiar sound to them, but these sounds were made so many years ago, and they sound so bad today. I mean maybe its just me, but the graphics weren't the only thing i found underwhelming about the game. The weapons need to sound more impact full.
I started the practice of waiting for a sale for a few years now. I buy no games on release date. Its very easy for me to do :) Once you get use to it, it becomes second nature.
I got tired on spending $65 for a game and in a span of 1 to 3 months the game goes on sale.
I will simply contribute and not buy a game at $70, and if we all stick together there is not way they wont adjust the price. The whole notion that they wont change is crazy. We just need to do this together. Its not that difficult.
Im hyped up for AC Valhalla, only because I was a late to the party on watching the show Vikings. I just fished it and loved it, so I really hope the due a solid job with this game.
I can wait for mine, but I can see the excitement others have in wanting the console now. I rather them do this then buy it from a scalper charging more than double the price. Please people do not buy from the scalpers. Let me lose out on all that money for buying out the stock, and preventing parents and gamers from getting theirs.
